A new concept which we are releasing to the public and our members as of 15.01.2008
We have been going through deep analysing the past few years under what conditions favourite runners do not win their races. On top of that we did not analyse it randomly, instead we looked at each racetrack and adjusted the parameters for each racetrack.

An example for Wolverhampton (handicapped races)
Since 2002 there were 1841 races (until 15.01.2008) with a winning rate of 25.15% that favourites won their races. But a longest winning run of 6 would destroy any laying system.
We looked at it with the eyes of being LAYERS

We looked at it with the eyes of being LAYERS
We started to look at…
- How is the performance for handicap and non handicap races?
- What are the ages of the runners?
- What classes to look at?
- What distances are best performing?
- How many runners should there be in a race?
- What had been the last time out position of a selected horse?
- What about Maiden or Novice or related races?
We found many answers to that and then conducted even more research with many more smaller issues we felt that could interfere with a final outcome.
The result we came up on Wolverhampton were…
The result we came up on Wolverhampton were…
- having placed 1069 bets
- strike rate 87.84% (= 939 lost their races)
- max 3 runners won in a row (lwr = 3)
- 49 runners lost in a row (llr = 49)
And exactly this kind of research we did with each racetrack we have data for. You may believe that each racetrack does have its own conditions.
It is recommended to use 9/2 as your max odds to lay. This may represent 6.00 at Betfair due to free odds finding and hence you have to accept higher odds than SP odds if you wish to lay
